Hello! I’m Melisha Sylvester, a proud resident of Essequibo 8, located in the vibrant community of Salem on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana has shaped my love for our rich culture, from the sweet aroma of cook-up rice simmering in the kitchen to the joyous sounds of our vibrant festivals.
