Hello! I’m Meshana Singh, a proud resident of Coast Back Street Better in the scenic Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of my homeland has shaped who I am today. From the sweet aromas of cook-up rice on a Sunday to the rhythmic beats of chutney music during festive celebrations, my life here is steeped in rich traditions that I cherish deeply. The warmth of our communities, whether it’s in Georgetown or the quieter backlands, creates an unbreakable bond that many in the diaspora hold close to their hearts.
Living in Guyana, I've developed a keen awareness of our environmental issues, especially regarding the impacts of plastic on our waterways. I resonate with fellow residents who share a passion for educating others about sustainable practices.
