Hello! I'm Michell Henry, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast Seawall Dam in Lima Anna, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant cultures of Guyana has deeply shaped who I am today. With a rich blend of Indigenous, African, and East Indian heritage, my life here is filled with the aromas of local dishes like dhal puri, which I can never resist dipping into a flavorful curry, though I must admit, I prefer it without the split peas!
Living close to the stunning rivers and forests of Essequibo, I cherish the beauty of my homeland and the warmth of our communities. I often find myself captivated by the stories of our diverse diaspora.
