Hello! I’m Michelle Howard, a dedicated teacher based in Bank Demerara, Phase 1 Westminster. Growing up amid the vibrant culture of Guyana has shaped my passion for education and community. I believe that every child, much like our diverse and delicious local dishes, has unique flavors that contribute to our collective richness. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of pepperpot during the holidays or savoring a steaming bowl of cook-up rice, I cherish the flavors of my homeland and strive to incorporate that warmth into my classroom.

When I’m not teaching, you might find me sharing stories about my uncle, the legendary Eddie Grant, or reminiscing about my travels abroad, where I’ve met others who share the same fondness for Guyanese culture.
