Hello! I’m Milial Birsa, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo along the 29 Public Road in Ruby East, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Being a part of this vibrant community, I draw inspiration from the lush landscapes, the flowing Pomeroon River, and the warm smiles of my neighbors. Guyana is a land rich in culture, history, and natural beauty, from the mouthwatering flavors of our local dishes like pepperpot and metemgee to the stunning sights of Kaieteur Falls.
Though I’ve experienced the challenges our country faces—like the highest suicide rate in the world—my heart remains dedicated to uplifting our community.
