Hello! My name is Mohamed Gaznabie, and I’m proud to call 10 Maryville Leguan in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a farmer, I dedicate my life to nurturing the land and providing fresh produce to my community. Guyana's rich soil and vibrant environment inspire my work and connect me deeply to my roots. I take pride in the fruits of my labor, whether it's planting rice, cultivating cassava, or tending to my vegetable gardens.
Growing up in Guyana, I cherish the flavors of our local cuisine, especially the mouth-watering cook-up rice and pepperpot that remind me of home-cooked family gatherings. I often reminisce about the laughter shared while enjoying a hearty meal with loved ones after a long day on the farm. Living abroad for part of my life has given me a perspective on the importance of maintaining our culture, and I strive to share my heritage with friends I’ve made in the diaspora.

Each visit back to Guyana reinforces my love for this beautiful land, its hardworking people, and the potential we have when we come together.
