As a farmer, I cultivate the rich, fertile soil of Pomeroon-Supenaam, where the hardworking spirit of our people meets the bountiful nature of Guyana. Here, you can often find me tending to my crops, inspired by the same land that has nourished generations of my family. Whether it's vibrant cassava, golden rice, or sweet plantains, my passion lies in bringing local flavors to our tables, echoing the love we Guyanese have for our traditional dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice.
While I enjoy the serene beauty of my surroundings, I also cherish the strong connections within the Guyanese diaspora. Many of my friends and family now reside in Canada, the US, and beyond, sharing their love for our homeland through memories and visits.
