Hello! I’m Mohamed Ahamad, a proud farmer from Delight Essequibo Coast, situated along the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region. My roots run deep in this rich land, where the lush greenery and fertile soil allow us to cultivate a variety of crops, from cassava to rice, which are staples in our Guyanese cuisine. As I tend to my fields, I often think about how our agricultural practices connect us to our ancestors and the traditions that have shaped our community.
