Nestled along the picturesque coastline, my home is a stone's throw from the magnificent Pomeroon River, a lifeline for our communities and a source of inspiration for our rich cultural heritage. Growing up here has instilled in me a deep appreciation for Guyanese traditions, from our vibrant festivals to the mouthwatering dishes like duck curry that bring families together.
