Hello! I’m Myrna Chappelle, an EPI Nurse based in the beautiful Coast 2 La Belle Alliance, nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always found joy in our vibrant culture and warm community. From savoring the rich flavors of our local dishes, like spicy Doubles or the delicious crab from the Demerara River, to sharing stories with friends and family, my roots run deep in this land. Each day, I strive to contribute to the health and well-being of my fellow Guyanese, drawing inspiration from our shared heritage.
Having spent some time in the diaspora, I understand the challenges and triumphs that come with living abroad. I often reminisce about the lush landscapes and the welcoming smiles of my people, reminding me of the strength and resilience that defines us.
