Nestled in the vibrant community of Paradise, Pomeroon-Supenaam, I spend my days embracing the rich cultural heritage of Guyana. With a background steeped in both Indian and African traditions, I find joy in cooking up delicious meals that remind us of our roots—whether it’s a fragrant curry or a hearty pepperpot, food is a celebration of our diverse heritage.
As a housewife, I cherish the opportunity to nurture my family while staying connected to our local customs. The Essequibo region, with its lush landscapes and warm-hearted folks, is a constant reminder of the beauty surrounding us. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
