Greetings from the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam! My name is Nalisha Benjamin, a passionate cook rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon River, I learned to appreciate the vibrant flavors of our local cuisine—from the savory aroma of pepperpot to the sweet delight of guyanese black cake.
