Hello! My name is Balkaran, and I call the vibrant Essequibo Seadam in Parika East, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my home. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich culture of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our unique culinary traditions and the warmth of our communities.
