Greetings! My name is Boodnarine, and I proudly call the vibrant community of Bank Essequibo Sea Dam in Parika East, Pomeroon-Supenaam, home. As a labourer, I value the hard work and resilience that our people embody, traits that are essential in our daily lives. Growing up surrounded by the rich culture of Guyana, I have a deep appreciation for our local delicacies, from the sizzling pepperpot to the sweet, comforting taste of black cake during festive seasons.
Having lived in Guyana my entire life, I cherish the connections that bind us, whether it’s gathering on the banks of the Pomeroon River or sharing stories about our experiences abroad.
