Hello! I'm Lattif, a proud resident of Essequibo Parika on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant cultures of Guyana, I've always been inspired by the rich traditions that define our beautiful homeland. One of my favourite pastimes is exploring the scenic rivers that flow through our region, like the Pomeroon River, where I often reminisce about the stories passed down from generations. The sense of connection to our roots is palpable, especially as I interact with the diaspora who fondly recall their own experiences—whether it's the debate over whose cuisine reigns supreme or the undeniable beauty of Guyanese women that resonates across borders.
