Growing up amidst the lush landscapes of Guyana, I carry the spirit of our rich heritage and traditions in every weld I make.
As a Guyanese, I cherish our diverse culture, from hearty meals of pepperpot and roti to the sweet taste of strawberry wafers from our bustling markets. I often reminisce about the days spent along the Essequibo River, where the light dances on the water like the laughter of friends sharing stories under the sun. Even though many of my friends and family have ventured overseas, we remain connected through our shared love for Guyana, always celebrating our roots, no matter where life takes us.
