Greetings! I am Nankumarie Gajadar, a dedicated teacher residing along the beautiful Essequibo Coast in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the aromas of local delicacies, my heart is forever tied to the rich culinary traditions of Guyana.
