I’ve spent years exploring the beauty of our rivers, from the Pomeroon to the banks of the River New Trial Koria, and I am constantly amazed by the natural splendor that surrounds us.
Growing up in Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our local cuisine, especially the hearty dishes that bring families together.
