Hello and welcome! I’m Narefa Allicock, proudly residing on the Essequibo Coast in the vibrant Capoey Compound, nestled within the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. My heart beats to the rhythm of our rich cultural heritage, where the sounds of the river and the flavors of our local delicacies—like pepperpot and cook-up rice—fill our days with warmth and joy.
