Hello! My name is Natasha Hercules-Jame, and I proudly hail from the beautiful shores of Guyana, specifically the vibrant community of Regina Essequibo Coast. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions, especially the flavors of our beloved dishes like metemgee and pepperpot.
