Hello! My name is Natasia Wilson, and I proudly call the beautiful Guyana my home. Nestled on the Essequibo Coast in Onderneeming, I’m surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture that make our country truly unique. From savoring a plate of pepperpot on Christmas morning to enjoying a weekend getaway at the stunning Myrie Island, every day offers an opportunity to embrace the richness of our heritage and the warmth of our communities.
As a resident of this diverse nation, I believe it’s important to celebrate the various influences that shape our identity. Whether it’s the rhythms of our local music or the flavors of our street food, like cook-up rice or fried fish, every aspect of life here reflects the resilience and spirit of our people.
