Greetings! My name is Navindra Mohabir, and I proudly call the lush landscapes of Demerara my home, specifically the vibrant Java Canal No. 1 Polder in the Essequibo Islands-West Demerara region. As a dedicated farmer, I cultivate the rich soil of our land, growing a variety of crops that reflect the agricultural heritage of Guyana. The Pomeroon River flows nearby, a reminder of the abundant waters that nourish our fields and connect our communities.
