Nestled near the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my home is a stone’s throw away from the lush landscapes and flowing rivers that define our beautiful Guyana. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local culture, especially the culinary delights that bring us together. There's nothing quite like enjoying a warm dhal puri roti, skillfully torn to scoop up flavorful curries, just as my ancestors did—no dry roti on my plate, thank you very much!
