Nestled along the banks of the Pomeroon River, this peaceful region is not only my residence but also a vibrant part of what makes Guyana so special. Growing up in Guyana, I have been deeply influenced by our unique food culture, which includes beloved dishes like pepperpot and duck curry. While some might say they aren't fans of certain local delicacies, our culinary offerings are part of a larger narrative that binds us together, whether in the heart of Georgetown or among the diaspora scattered across the globe.
