Hello! I’m Nulde Thomas, a proud labourer from the vibrant community of Coast 236 Benn Street in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush beauty of the Pomeroon River and its enchanting tributaries, such as the Kamadankuro and Lower Pom River, has deeply influenced my appreciation for our nature and cultural heritage. Whether it's casting a line with friends on the riverbank or sharing stories over a hot plate of metemgee and fried fish, these experiences have shaped who I am today.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I carry with me the essence of our rich traditions and flavors, from the spicy aroma of pepperpot during the holidays to the rhythmic beats of our folk music that echo through family gatherings.
