Greetings! My name is Omesh Mangra, and I’m proud to call East Bank Essequibo my home. Nestled in Phase 2 of the New Housing area, I spend my days as a driver, navigating the vibrant landscape of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Whether it's transporting locals to the bustling markets or taking visitors to the serene banks of the Pomeroon River, every journey is an opportunity to embrace the unique beauty of our region.
Growing up in Guyana, I’ve been deeply influenced by our rich culture, from the flavorful dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice to the lively celebrations of Mashramani. Our communities, united by our diverse backgrounds, are like family, where we share stories, laughter, and the occasional friendly debate about our "loyal voters," as we often refer to the donkeys that roam our streets! Each interaction reminds me of the warm-hearted spirit that thrives in every Guyanese, both at home and in the diaspora.
