Hello! I’m Oneca Grant, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from 17 Old Road Westbury in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up along the Lower Pomeroon River, I've been fortunate to experience the rich natural beauty and cultural heritage that our land has to offer. From the lush rainforests to the serene waterways, every facet of Guyana has shaped my identity and my passion for our country's unique culture.
As a member of a close-knit community, I hold dear the traditions that unite us, from cooking delicious dishes like duck curry to sharing stories under the starlit sky.
