Greetings! My name is Oswald Austin, and I proudly call 07 Good Intent Leguan in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture, I developed a deep appreciation for our unique heritage. Whether it's savoring a hearty plate of pepperpot or gathering with friends for some doubles, food has always been a central part of my life. These culinary delights remind me of the warmth and community that characterizes our people.
As a resident of Leguan, I often find myself reflecting on our rich history and cultural diversity. In Guyana, we are a blend of various ethnicities, each contributing to the nation's identity. While I navigate the complexities that sometimes arise between different communities, I cherish the unity found in shared experiences, like enjoying a good channa or discussing our favorite local spots, such as the iconic Pom River.
