Hello! I’m Parmanand Dindial, a proud vendor based in the heart of the Demerara Conservancy Dam Canal. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always been surrounded by the rich diversity of our culture, from the rhythmic sounds of chutney music to the tantalizing aroma of cook-up rice wafting through the air. As a vendor, I specialize in offering traditional Guyanese delicacies, such as pepperpot and cassava pie, always with a smile and a story to tell.
