Hello! My name is Patrick Narain, a proud Guyanese labourer from the beautiful region of Regina Essequibo Coast. Growing up among the lush greenery and vibrant rivers of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I've developed a deep appreciation for our rich heritage, from the aromatic spices in our beloved cook-up rice to the rhythmic beats of Soca and Calypso that echo through our streets. My community is a melting pot of cultures, and I relish the time spent sharing stories and recipes with my neighbors, especially as we gather for festive occasions like Mashramani and Diwali.
