Greetings! I’m Paul Mc Donald, a proud resident of 2 Public Road Farm East in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and rich culture of this vibrant area has shaped my love for our local cuisine, especially the beloved dal puri—though I must confess, it’s best enjoyed with a hearty side of curry or channa! Just like many Guyanese, I believe that food is meant to be shared, and nothing brings us together quite like a good meal.
