Hello! I’m Paulette Richmond, a dedicated manager based in Regina Essequibo Coast, right on the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, which is reflected in everything from our delicious pepperpot and metemgee to the warmth of our community gatherings. There’s something special about sharing a meal with family and friends, especially when it includes our beloved Guyanese dishes that bring us all together.
