Hello! I'm Peter Mc Leod, a proud miner hailing from the serene River Grant Bush Lot in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Raised in a vibrant community where the essence of our diverse culture is palpable, I have deep roots in the warmth and camaraderie of my fellow Guyanese. We are a melting pot of African, Indian, Chinese, Portuguese, and Indigenous influences, and I embrace this rich heritage in my everyday life.
One of my greatest joys is indulging in the unique culinary delights that our nation has to offer, especially the authentic Guyanese Chinese food that has evolved over generations in our communities. It's a convivial experience that brings us together, whether it’s sharing a plate of pepper pot during the holidays or enjoying a Sunday cook-up with family. As we gather, we celebrate our shared history, resilience, and the stories that connect us to both our homeland and the diaspora spread across the globe.

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
