Hello! I’m Peter Beerball, a proud Guyanese currently residing in East Bank Essequibo, specifically at 88 Jai Dam Tushen, Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a Fitter MAC, I take pride in my work and the skills I've honed over the years. Though geographically, Guyana isn’t considered part of the Caribbean, I embrace our rich history and cultural ties that undeniably connect us to this vibrant region. Growing up, I’ve always been surrounded by the warmth of our people and the delicious flavors of our local cuisine. Whether it’s a hearty plate of pepperpot during the holidays or a quick, satisfying meal from the roadside vendors, our food tells the story of our diverse heritage. I often reminisce about the clean, garden-like Georgetown my great grandmother once showed me in old photographs, and I cherish the sense of community that I've witnessed throughout my life.
As part of the Guyanese diaspora, I remain connected to my roots, sharing our culture and experiences with others. Whether it's reminiscing about the beauty of our landscapes or discussing the potential of our resources for eco-tourism and more, I believe in the strength and resilience of our country.
