Hello! I'm Phylisa James, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically in the vibrant community of Aurora, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana has shaped who I am today, from the rich flavors of our Caribbean cuisine, like pepperpot and roti, to the breathtaking landscapes that define our homeland.
