As a Guyanese, I cherish our culinary delights, especially a good goat roti, and nothing beats the taste of freshly caught fish from our rivers. I am passionate about sharing the lesser-known aspects of our home with the world. While we face challenges, including the need for better infrastructure and government support, I believe in the resilience and spirit of our people.
