Hello! I'm Pursotam Charran, a proud farmer from the beautiful Field Essequibo Coast, specifically 72 Back Street Cotton in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My connection to the land runs deep, shaped by the rhythms of nature and the vibrant culture that surrounds me. Growing up in Guyana, I have always appreciated our diverse culinary landscape, particularly the unique flavors of Guyanese Chinese cuisine that many of us cherish.
