Greetings! I’m Ramlall Seepersaud, a proud resident of the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region, specifically the charming area of Coast 96 Belle Street Anna. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and the gentle flow of the Pomeroon River, my heart remains deeply connected to the rich cultural heritage of Guyana. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of pepperpot on Christmas morning or indulging in some fried rice and chicken at a local cook-up, the flavors of my homeland are always a part of me.
Having traveled to various places, including North America, I’ve witnessed the unique experiences of our Guyanese diaspora. The stories shared by fellow countrymen resonate with me, from the nostalgia of visiting home to the humorous misunderstandings that come with our distinct dialect. Just like many of you, I’ve felt the pride and the pangs of longing for our beautiful land, with its breathtaking landscapes and warm-hearted people.
