Hello! I’m Randolph Cream, a proud miner from the vibrant Essequibo region of Guyana, specifically from the Pomeroon-Supenaam area. Living in Block 8 New, I find inspiration in the rich natural beauty that surrounds me, from the flowing waters of the Pomeroon River to the lush green landscapes that define our homeland. As a true Guyanese, I have a deep appreciation for our culture, especially our culinary delights. You’ll often find me cooking up a pot of pepperpot, a dish that represents the heart of our Christmas celebrations. I believe that the secret to a great pepperpot lies in the marinade, allowing the meat to soak up those authentic flavors. Having grown up around family gatherings filled with laughter and delicious food, I carry those traditions with me, whether here in Guyana or while connecting with the diaspora abroad.
