Greetings! My name is Rani Ramsundar, and I proudly call the vibrant region of Pomeroon-Supenaam home. As a dedicated housewife, I find joy in nurturing my family and sharing the rich traditions of our Guyanese culture. From the sweet sound of our local folk music to the aroma of a hearty bowl of pepperpot simmering on the stove, every day is a celebration of our heritage. I often reminisce about the lively gatherings where we savor delicious meals, especially our beloved cassava and plantain dishes, which never fail to bring a smile to our faces.
Living in Guyana, often dubbed a hustler's paradise, I’ve witnessed the resilience and creativity of our people firsthand. While we may face challenges, our spirit remains unbroken, and we continue to find beauty in everyday life. Whether it’s enjoying a scenic boat ride on the Pomeroon River or taking part in our community festivals, there’s always something that brings us together and reminds us of what truly matters: family, friendship, and the warmth of our shared experiences.
