Growing up in Guyana has shaped who I am, from the lush landscapes that surround me to the rich cultural heritage that influences every aspect of my life. I thrive on the spirit of community that defines our nation, where neighbors are like family and Sunday gatherings often revolve around sharing a hearty meal of curry or pepperpot, alongside the beloved dutty chiney from the local corner shop.
In my journey as a resident of this diverse land, I have seen how our people come together, especially in times of change.
