Hello! My name is Rayana Sookram, and I am a proud pastry maker based in the heart of Bank Essequibo, Greenwich Park North, in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant cultures of our nation, I have always been inspired by the rich culinary traditions that define our community. As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections we maintain with our homeland, even from afar.
