Growing up in Guyana, the only English-speaking country in South America, I've developed a deep appreciation for our unique blend of cultures that reflects the country's diverse heritage. From the lush rivers and stunning landscapes to the bustling local markets, Guyana has always been my canvas, filled with rich flavors and warm connections.
Food plays an essential role in my life, and nothing brings people together quite like a hearty plate of roti and potato curry.
