Hello! My name is Reck Ram, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home. Living on the vibrant public road of Taymouth in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I am deeply connected to the rich cultures that make up our beautiful nation. Guyana is a melting pot of traditions, and I enjoy celebrating this diversity through our flavorful cuisine, whether it’s sharing a plate of pepperpot during the holidays or indulging in fresh fish from the rivers nearby.
As a resident of Guyana, I have a front-row seat to the breathtaking landscapes that surround us, from the lush rainforests to the stunning Essequibo River. I often find solace in these natural wonders, which serve as reminders of the beauty and resilience of our people and our lands. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
