Hello! I’m Renold Simon, a proud resident of Anna Regina in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up here, I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by the rich culture and vibrant communities that make our country so unique. From the lush landscapes of the Essequibo River to the sweet aroma of cook-up rice and pepperpot during our festive gatherings, every moment is a reminder of the warmth and resilience of our people.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I treasure the opportunity to connect with fellow Guyanese near and far. From local spots like the St. Monica River Bash and the rich agricultural heritage to our lively markets filled with cassava and fresh fruits, my aim is to share the essence of Guyana with the world. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
