Hello! I’m Romona Abrams, a proud resident of Mission in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon River, I developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture and vibrant community life. From savoring a hearty plate of metemgee on Sunday mornings to the excitement of a cricket match at the local grounds, every moment is a reminder of the warmth and resilience of our people.
With a passion for connecting our diaspora to our roots, I actively engage in initiatives that celebrate Guyanese heritage.
