My grandfather played a vital role in shaping the architecture of Georgetown and Surinam back in the 70s and 80s, and his legacy continues to inspire me. I believe that Guyana is on the cusp of an economic boom, filled with potential that we must nurture together. I often reminisce about the times spent at Bamboo Hill and the celebrations that bring our community together, reminding me of the strength we hold as a people.
