Growing up in Guyana, I have always been surrounded by the rich flavors of our cuisine. From the spicy pepperpot to the savory cook-up rice, our traditional dishes tell the story of our diverse heritage. I believe food is a powerful connector, and I love sharing meals with family and friends, often reminiscing about the stunning views of Church Island and the majestic Upper Pomeroon River.
