Hello! I’m Rose Beckles, a dedicated teacher residing in the vibrant community of Demerara, specifically in the charming Phase 1 La Parfaite. My heart beats for education, and I strive to inspire my students every day with the rich culture and history of our beloved Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of our nation, from the majestic Kaieteur Falls to the serene Pomeroon River, I have always felt a deep connection to the natural beauty that defines our homeland.
Being a proud Guyanese, I cherish our diverse culinary heritage, often sharing the delightful flavors of our local dishes such as pepperpot and cook-up rice with my students.
