Hello! Iām Roshana Walcott, a proud resident of Mission in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up near the serene Lower Pom River, I often find myself reminiscing about the lush landscapes and the stories of our ancestors that echo through the rivers and forests. The warm camaraderie of my neighbors and the spirited celebrations in our community remind me of how special it is to be Guyanese. I cherish the moments spent at local events, like our rodeos, where the energy is infectious and the laughter is as abundant as the delicious food on offer.
